Syrlin – art tradition dating back to the late Middle Age. Syrlin – brilliant craft art even at creating with the most varied materials. Syrlin – mental open-mindedness to the present and the future. Syrlin – two great generations of sculptors and artist-joiners, not only in the terms of the 15th century also called decided freethinkers who established the fame of "Ulm's School of Sculptors".

Demands and Aims

Art and the creation of art can't be kept within limitations. Artists of every shade and colour have always been seeking for a dialogue across the frontiers with the object of inspiration and further education, fired by the strong desire to gain even more perfection and to learn something new. The Syrlin Arts Club (Syrlin-Kunstverein e.V. Stuttgart International) has already existed for more than 20 years and sees its part in today's world of immense oversaturation with media especially in the tradition of bringing people with the same kind of interest together. They might be interested in arts actively or passively. To the Syrlin Arts Club, international exchange of artists with presentations on most different levels is very important, trying to build an individual cross-border bridge of its own. Parallel to the commercial art market, it is meant to bring all talented art creators together, to support and to coach them. As a result, it can also create conditions for a potential establishment.
